What is the process for NDIS support coordinator to access services through Blys?
Booking NDIS massage and physiotherapy with Blys is seamless:
Step 1: Complete an enquiry form
Take 30 seconds to complete an enquiry form telling us about your client’s care requirements and the service they’re after. An Account Coordinator will be in touch with a quote within 24 hours.
Step 2: Book your clients’ support provider
If you and your participant are happy with the quote, we’ll place your booking on the Blys dashboard and match your client with a qualified provider who can meet their care needs and has the required compliance information. The provider will travel to your client with all equipment provided.
Step 3: After your client’s booking
We’ll send your organisation an invoice immediately after the appointment and work with you to book recurring treatments for your clients. At any time you can log into the Blys dashboard and review your client’s upcoming bookings, their provider profiles, reviews, ratings and compliance information and your client’s invoices.
Can Blys accommodate specific needs or requirements of NDIS participants during the services?
All Blys services can be customised to the needs of the client. If your participant requires their provider to accommodate for specific needs during their mobile massage or physiotherapy booking, simply add these requirements to the ‘additional information’ field when placing your booking or let your account coordinator know, and we’ll do our best to find you an available provider who is able to accommodate to your client’s care needs.
