What types of services can I book through Blys?

You can book in-home massage, beauty and wellness treatments, 7 days a week, 6am to midnight.

You can also buy gift vouchers which can be used to book any treatment of choice.

Can I re-book with the same therapists?

Absolutely! Our easy to use booking platform makes it super easy to rebook your favourite providers.

Simply go to your ‘past bookings’ section of your account, find your favourite therapist, and click ‘rebook’.

Some providers get booked out fast, so if you loved a specific provider and don’t want to miss out, we recommend you book your next treatment in advance.

The Blys mobile app also allows you to add therapists to a ‘favourites’ list for quick access.

What times can I book a massage or beauty treatment?

You can book massage and beauty treatments with Blys 7 days a week from 6 am to midnight, including holidays. These hours refer to the first and last available appointment start times.

What happens if there’s no provider available?

In the event that there are no available providers in your area for your requested booking date and time, we’ll get in touch via email and an app push notification to check whether you would like to reschedule or cancel. We don’t charge you until your provider has confirmed so you won’t be out of pocket if your booking doesn’t get confirmed.
